- Andrew Culley Review added: 2018.02.20★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Got the conservatory designed, basically got laughed at saying its going to be far too big so i took their advice... it got built and one commented on it being quite small?????????? what ever. Year later the plastic has gone white and not brown, they said that happens sometimes and are meant to be coming out to fix it. Got up nice and early to wait for their 8am appointment or should I say 8-5pm appointment which is bad enough. I got a call saying they can no longer turn up because they have a delivery today... Are they really telling me they didn't know they were getting that delivery last night or a week ago. They must get deliveries on the same day every week since opening.
AVOID. - Frank Review added: 2018.01.20★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Absolute cowboys, don't dare use this company. After they installed my Windows, the sharks demanded payment immediately, did not give me time to inspect their work and put pressure on me to pay them as this was against what was initially agreed when I signed the contract they put immense pressure on me. Afterwards, I noticed an air gap between the seal and the window so when the wind blew you could hear the whistle. After I complained they tried to deny it was the wind! Do not use these sharks. You have been warned.
