- Richard Warne Review added: 2018.03.27★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Not allowed to take kitchen or bathroom tiles, plaster, adhesive/cement, soil or bricks regardless if it is from your house and the charges for it are nothing short of extortionate. Disgusted. Is there any wonder people fly tip? They are not left with much choice. A refuse recycle point that doesn't accept much.... From a quick Google, the government do not approve of this council approach either. Can someone remind me what we pay council tax for?
