- Donna Walker Review added: 2018.09.23★ ★ ★ ★ ★I called Dr Lowes office to see if I was able to book in and get a second opinion after going through the NHS and not getting a result that improved my circumstances. Dr Lowe personally called me to discuss my history and also took the time to review my scans. He was able to advise me on the best course of action and agreed to see me through the NHS (I don't have private health insurance) if I could persuade my doctor to re refer me to ENT. My Doctor was happy to refer me and when I called to advise Dr Lowes PA of this she ensured that my appointment was with him and not another doctor in his clinic. This saved me the cost of a private appointment and for me speaks volumes about the reason Dr Lowe practices which I believe is a genuine want to help people, which in this day and age is a rare thing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr Lowe and his team.
